Have played sport all my life but in the last few years as the job title gets longer the activity declines. Very active in Thundercat racing but needed to look in the mirror and actually attack the ailing body.
MOTIVATION: Getting old and fat and despite of having an active sport so needed to take a BIG step so my young sons did not leave me behind. The intense 3 months and personal drive really appealed. The opportunity to really step up as an individual and sort of stand alone in an intense one on one situation, I could not miss it.
