RINGSIDE Vs RPM
Are you game enough for the ultimate workout?
What is Ringside Vs RPM?
It is a 70 minute workout which consists of a 35 minute RPM class, followed by a 35 minute Ringside Class, which incorporates Boxing and Core work.
What is RPM?
RPM™ – the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music to a calorie burning endorphin high. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. You burn loads of calories, tighten your frame, and improve both aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength.
What is Ringside Boxing™?
Ringside Boxing is the ultimate fat stripping, body toning shaping experience, offering a unique blend of boxing including technique, speed, endurance, power and ab training – all in the one class! A Ringside class stimulates all muscle groups, and provides the perfect combination of aerobic (with oxygen) and anaerobic (short-burst, without oxygen) exercise.
Where to go for Ringside Vs RPM?
Report to Ringside gym, located at back of Les Mills undercover Carpark, fifteen minutes prior to the class, and collect your RPM pass and get your hands wrapped.
You will then proceed to the RPM studio to start your 35 minute RPM class. After your RPM warm down you will go back to Ringside for the 35 minute Ringside class.
Do I have to have done RPM or Ringside previously?
Absolutely not. If you have not done RPM previously, our Instructor will help you with your bike set up and introduce you to the RPM riding positions. Ringside classes include an introduction to all boxing technique.
We do however suggest you are relatively fit to complete an intense 70 minute workout.
What are the benefits?
First of all you burn up to 1,000 calories. You will tone and tighten your butt and thighs in RPM. In the Ringside class you will tone and tighten your upper body, including your abs. Both classes will improve both aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength. This workout will get anyone into the best shape of their lives.
GROUP TRAINING CLASS ONLY, MINIMUM OF 15 PEOPLE.
